What is required to submit your International MBA application

Completing the Lisbon MBA International application will require time and effort on your part. Plan ahead to make sure your application is complete by the deadline. We strongly recommend applicants who need a visa to study in Portugal to apply during the 1st round of applications. The closest Portugal Embassy or Consulate can provide you with information regarding student visa requirements.

The entire application process is performed online, through a very intuitive form. However, our Admissions Team is here to help you throughout the process, so do not hesitate to reach out:

admissions@thelisbonmba.com or +351 936 143 473

The official transcripts issued by the academic institution where you received your bachelor’s degree must be uploaded in the online application form and should mention the degree awarded, the average score and the course conclusion date, as well as be duly signed and stamped.

Whatever the template you use, please make sure you share a version in English with no more than 2 pages.

Candidates must take the GMAT (Graduate Management Admissions Test) or the GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) and upload the score report in our application form. These tests are an important part of the admission process as they assess the applicants’ analytical ability, reasoning skills, and aptitude to thrive academically during the MBA.

If you wish us to automatically receive your test score, please choose the Lisbon MBA Executive program from Católica-Lisbon or Nova SBE on the day of the test (you are required to choose one of the schools, even though this is a joint program).

Check information on both tests and choose the one that is most suitable for your profile.

More information on these exams can be found on the following sites:

Candidates for whom English is not their native language must submit a standardized English Language Test score. Here is a list of the tests we accept:

If you wish us to automatically receive your test score, please choose The Lisbon MBA Executive program from CATÓLICA-LISBON or Nova SBE on the day of the test (you are required to choose one of the schools, even though this is a joint program). After this, please double check with each referee that they received the email as sometimes they go straight to spam folders.
