The Corporate Insight sessions are one of the many opportunities you will have to meet face to face with companies representing multiple industries. We invite companies to come on campus to host an Information or Recruitment Presentation during lunchtime or in the evening. Companies also sometimes host presentations and cocktails at their offices. Presentations are given by members of the company ranging from the CEO to General Managers. This underscores the importance employers place on speaking to MBA talent.
The Corporate Insight sessions offer students the chance to network with company managers to learn more in-depth information about possible career paths. Many students have obtained their internship and fulltime jobs from attending these presentations.
We encourage our students to take advantage of these presentations whether a company is actively recruiting or not. Besides the networking and opportunity to develop a relationship with a company manager, the content of the presentations and comments from attendees will expand your business knowledge in those industries. The more Corporate Insight presentations you attend, the more credible and knowledgeable you sound when speaking to professionals in the field during networking events or during a job interview. There is no doubt that Corporate Insight makes you smarter!
