We’re proud to announce Marta Melo as the new Head of the Career Management Center of The Lisbon MBA. This center is responsible for helping students identify their career goals and actively collaborates in the development of personalized career plans, so that students of The Lisbon MBA can fulfill their targets. In this new role, Marta Melo will continue the Center’s projection work, linking the MBA students to the global corporate market.

Marta Melo comes from Heidrick & Struggles, where she worked as Senior Associate, being responsible for managing the executive search projects and for customer management. Previously, she worked at Hire & Trust, also in Executive Search area. Her career path includes 12 years of experience in human resources consulting, executive recruitment and management of corporate relations. Marta has a BA in Sociology of Work by ISCSP and also has a graduate degree in Business Management from INDEG / ISCTE.
